Dr. Taylor McIntyre is a passionate and dedicated chiropractor with a deep commitment to holistic health and wellness. A lifelong learner, Dr. McIntyre holds a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science from Kansas State University and earned her Doctorate in Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Florida.

After over a decade of practice, Dr. McIntyre is excited to launch her family-owned chiropractic wellness center. Her mission is simple: to prioritize patient care, stay informed with the latest medical research, treat the whole person, and create a safe, nurturing space where individuals can heal and learn to thrive in today’s fast-paced world.

Dr. McIntyre’s approach to care is patient-centered, focusing on supporting the body’s natural physiology. Growing up in a family with a strong chiropractic and veterinary background, she learned early on that symptoms are the body’s way of communicating. “It’s my job to help translate that message,” she says. “Many patients don’t fit into the traditional medical model, and that’s where the real problem-solving begins.”

Her goal is to empower individuals to maximize their body’s potential. “When you feel good, life is good—and anything is possible.”

With an extensive background in various chiropractic techniques, Dr. McIntyre integrates a holistic approach to her care. In addition to the Palmer Package, she has been certified in Full Body and Long Nerve Entrapment Active Release Technique (A.R.T.), Graston Technique (instrument-assisted soft tissue therapy), Applied Kinesiology, Webster Technique, and dry needling. She also has years of experience using the Storz Shockwave therapy to eliminate myofascial adhesions, and a solid foundation in Sacral Occipital Technique (S.O.T.), Activator Method, Integrative Diagnosis, and nutrition. She is also currently studying functional medicine to stay up-to-date with today’s current research and available tools.

Dr. McIntyre is particularly passionate about working with athletes, helping them optimize their performance and reach their full potential. “There’s nothing like maximizing your body’s capabilities to stay competitive and injury-free.” She has lots of experience working with professional athletes of many kinds.

For pregnant and postpartum women, Dr. McIntyre brings a deep understanding and compassion. “You are warriors,” she says. “The physical, emotional, and mental demands of this stage of life are akin to those of elite athletes, and deserve the utmost attention and care. Supporting your body during this time is essential for long-term health and family well-being.”

As a mother of three, a practicing chiropractor, an athlete, and a lifelong patient of chiropractic care herself, Dr. McIntyre has personally experienced the transformative benefits of a holistic approach to health. She believes in the importance of giving the body the right building blocks to heal and maintain wellness. “You can’t give what you don’t have,” she notes, especially in relation to her pregnant patients.

Dr. McIntyre is passionate about empowering her patients to take control of their health, improve their quality of life, and embrace holistic healthcare as a way of living. She enjoys studying new techniques and integrating them into her practice to continuously support her patients and her own family.

Having lived across the country, Dr. McIntyre now proudly calls Phoenix home. Outside of her practice, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, running, playing sand volleyball, cooking, reading, participating in family athletic events, and traveling.
